After severl months I earned the opportunity to be the lead teacher in the twos/ threes class. * In 2009 I was living in Texas helping my dad on the ranch. I returned to Tucson in March of 2011. *In 2011 I started working at First Impressions Day Care as a lead fours teacher. *I was offered a position in 2012 at First Step Preschool as a Ones teacher and took it. *I started working at Esperanza En Escalante June 2012. In six months I earned the title of Senior staff, which I was responsible for mentoring all support staff, and over seeing patients. I earned the responsibility of training new staff, and scheduling shortly after becoming Senior staff. In Feb.2014 I started assisting the Program Coordinator in the office two times a week, filling documents, among other duties. In May.2014 the Program Coordinator left me in charge when he was out of town, I was responible for the rest of the SARRTP staff, and working with the SARRTP VA staff, among other duties. *In Aug.2014 Esperanza En Escalante lost the contract for SARRTP, and EEE created a position for me to run the rec room.
