Urban Outfitters 2011-2014

nMy key responsibilities included me taking care of my department. I was entitled to keep track of my inventory, shipment, product placement, and managing my assistant. In addition, I had to create my own directives based off the needs of my department and training of my assistant. I was also a key holder and managed a team of 25+, which doubled during the end of the year. In addition, I balanced the stores safe, drawers, and counted and delivered nightly profits daily. Customer service in person and over the phone is my strong suit. Personality goes a long way!

Roly Poly 2008-2009

nI was responsible for delivering orders in the Mayfield area on a daily basis. I also catered for a plethora of different events. Not only did I perform these tasks, I was also required to answer many questions about detailed items, which I had to memorize. During down time, I would service customers to fulfill their needs.

Progressive Field

nI was responsible for the sales and inventory of a concession stand. I was responsible for keeping up with inventory, how much food is being cooked VS how many orders where being placed, and keep track of profits and counting out our drawer. In addition, I was responsible for delivering profits to Progressive field cashiers for review.
