Shell Oil and Gas/Odyssey – Technical Support II/ Scheduling 11/14 to 8/15

While working for shell on a short term contract my role was split into two separate roles about 75% level II technical support and 25% scheduling. While performing level II technical support my main responsibilities are to make sure a group of servers on the oil rigs stay connected and constantly sending data to shell offices and oil drillers. As a scheduler my role was to contact the 3rd party field tech and schedule an ETA for rig moves, setups, ROIP, VSAT, break/fix and assist with the tech when they’re on site.

Accurately and descriptively utilize the proprietary ticketing system on a regular basis.

Keep end-users and customers updated on the progress of pending investigations for quality assurance.

Vigilantly exercise administrative duties and monitor the user Account Requests and processes.

U.S. NAVY (Port Hueneme, CA) - Equipment Operator, 12/08 to 09/11

As a 3rd class petty officer I was given the position of a Squad Leader and Safety Coordinator which supervised a 9 troop team.
