M.E. FINGERVEIN RECOGNITION FOR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

Description: To provide security for personal identification using finger vein. Finger vein recognition is a method of biometric authentication that uses pattern-recognition techniques based on images of human finger vein patterns beneath the skin's surface. Finger vein biometric system is live body identification system. So, it is more secure than other biometric system.

Software Used: Matlab R2010a

B.Tech. MULTIBIOMETRIC CRYPTOSYSTEMS BASED ON FEATURE LEVEL FUSION

Description: Using multiple biometrics to secure ATM system. A Monomodal Biometric system encounters a variety of security problems and presents sometimes unacceptable error rates. Multiple biometric consist in combining two or more biometric modalities in a single identification system to improve the recognition accuracy.

Software Used: Java(Front-end), MySQL(Back-end)

ACADEMIC ACHIVEMENTS

Attended the Diploma course of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in CCI Computer Education and got 80% in 2009.

Received candidate test report for English reading, writing, speaking test conducted by BULATS in Velalar College of Engineering and Technology 2010.

Participated in PROJECT EXPO on ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS in Velalar College of Engineering and Technology exhibited a project titled INFORMATION HIDING IN AUDIOFILES WITH ENCRYPTION in 2011.

Got MAHATMA GANDHI MERIT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD as a class TOPPER in Kumaraguru College of Technology in 2015.
