Customer Service Rep. Customer link 1401 S 52nd St, Tempe, AZ 85281 This was a call center job where I was making outbound calls to already customers of a energy company. I was to offer a summer time power saving program, explain it and answer any questions the client might of had for me. Had a quota of 8 enrolment daily witch I met most days or surpassed. I was doing the in-process and final inspection of blades and segments. It was visually inspection with microscope, gages, otoscope, and other tools. Had to work with a high level of ownership and accountability. I perform other tasks as needed and all parts had to ensure compliance with companies IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements. I also did the mid-process check and in some job orders I had to ship jobs to outside vendors to apply different types of processes, to then receive them back and inspect for defects and verify quantity and serialization.

There at Contract manufactory Services I was running a Philips topaz machine and setting it up prior to running a program. Then wen I was to set up a job I was to run a first article and inspect for any miss placed parts or any in perfections that the machine might of preformed. I also had to set up a solder mask printing stencil that would put the solder past on to the PCB board, here I learned to use hand tools and too work as a team with my co-workers. At Sanmina I was working in a clean room environment. In that room I was to print solder mask on to PCB panels by UV light exposure and then sent throw a washing machine to wash to unexposed solder mask. At the end of every job I was to input my work performed on the Oracle and moved on to the next operation.

Community Service
