QA Tester

Was part of TechNet team as QA Analyst in development software called TechNet. TechNet serves as a tool for technicians in the field to perform their duties. The software helps the technicians to see the work order of the day, access the customer information, add, remove, change, and activate different kinds of devices in the customer account. The software allows technicians to track their estimated time of arrival. Also it allows the technicians to see all kinds of signals within the devices.

Responsibilities:

The QA analyst will be required to analyze user requirements

Create and maintain test data

Clearly document and re-verify all defects

Document test results

Was a part of QA team on the Development of software called myTime.

This myTime software serves the technicians to record time for their regular working time, Training Time, Stand by, absence time, vacation time, holiday, holiday worked, and leave. Also they can see when the current pay period is. They can also see whether their time entry is submitted, missed, rejected through this myTime software on their mobile devices.

Was also a part the QA team on the development of software called Future Post wire. This software developed to assist the technicians when they face difficulties to perform their job due to a bad or damaged wiring in the building. Instead of going through a third party, technicians can create a ticket for the problem by putting all the necessary information and whoever is responsible to do the job will receive an email and contact the technician for further information.
