Serve as Human Resources Assistant with Final Clean Express, responsible for administration of all employment processes to include: pre-screen calls to job applicants; scheduling and conducting of appointments for group interviews or individual interviews; evaluating and recommending applicants for employment; conducting new employment orientation; and maintaining records and information of the employees.

Additional duties include verifying tax documentation and maintain employee file; submitting online investigation requests and employee background checks; provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records; maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data; maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential; and provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the phone; relaying messages in a professional manner.

Since beginning work in July 2015, have conducted over 200 pre-screen calls and recommended over 50 applicants for employment. This includes the full on-boarding of employees and coordination with the field Supervisors to initiate employment. Additionally, as needed, support on-site efforts, such as the new Cabelas in Huntsville, AL by going on-site to monitor employee performance and standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
