Capable of providing project deliverables such as complete 3DPDS piping design systems from 3DPDS models, isometrics, and MTO reports

Conversant with Intergraph PDS software (Versions 6.0 - 7.2), Microstation II, AutoCad II (SPR) Smart Plant viewer (Version V) as well as the older Design Review and Naves work

Utilize 3D visual software packages including Navis Works and Intergraph (SPR) Smart Plant Reviewer to implement high pressure and low pressure steam systems as well as piping arrangements for centrifugal pumps, control valve stations, and utility stations

Capable of producing 3D modeling including coordinating, EE Raceway and Frameworks for structural modeling as well as all associated equipment skids and piping systems

Responsible for the use of PDS/ SPR/ and LMF Scan Clouds Software to locate existing and new tie in for the 100 year old refinery, For the vacuum unit ejector section, Diesel Pump around, Crude pre-flash drums, Crude units columns, Crude unit flare piping systems. Locate existing PSV stations, and modify for new in PDS and tie-ins for revamp, demolition, and new configurations, walk downs for 500 tie ins. Producing, revamp isometrics, new isometrics and existing isometrics. Parallel with existing Steel, New and demo Equipment.

KEARL PLANT 1 & 2 EXPANSION PROJECT 2012

Responsible for checking approximately 750 isometrics for 2 site wide services for the central plant and the KP1 and KP2 Froth Treatment plant

NABIYA, COLD LAKE EXPANSION, PHASE 14-16, MFT 2011 - 2012

Performed column and vessel piping arrangements modifications for new design and revised loads which resulted in increased capacities and ensured that new arrangement provided access and egress to man hole and maintenance
