I am very passionate about how HR and people drive business success. I am convinced that high performance people drive business success in addition to the right technology and business models. HR is the key to finding, retaining and enabling talent performed at their best. It is this passion that drives me to constantly look for challenging situations in businesses in other to find sustainable solutions to them. Duties:

Filing and documentation – Employee file custody and maintenance

Payroll administration, leave administration and HMO scheme management

Maintaining an up-to-date database of contact information and also updating the HR Manager of staff strength on a weekly basis

Prepares all letters viz invitation, appointment, transfer, discipline, termination, acceptance of resignation and others required to effectively carry out end to end HR operations
