Job Responsibility SEL NELLORE (4X150)MW.

Associated with Boiler and Turbine Operation of 3X150 MW & 1 x150 mw. Under commissioning stage.

Safe start- up, shut down of boiler and turbine from both hot and cold conditions.

Monitors re-heat system and efficiently handling the steam cycle in enhancing the plant efficiency.

Knowledge of field activity like isolation & normalization,and changeover of any equipment, and trial run of equipment, clearance of bfp and its auxiliary and any other equipment.

Ensuring smooth running of boiler feed pumps and its auxiliaries.

Efficient handling in case of emergency situations and take proper corrective action.

Ensuring smooth running of main cooling water pumps, open cycle cooling water system(ACW & RCW pumps and its Hydralic system), Closed cycle cooling water system (cccw pumps), vaccum pumps, Generator cooling water system.

Ensure smooth running of condenser tube cleaning system (rubber balls)

Co-ordination with Switch yard and rectifier on regular interval for power generation schedules and to maintain export as per the schedule.

Commissioning of turbine auxiliary (Bfp, Cccw, Acw, etc.) and participate in steam blowing, alkali boil out, refractory dry out.

Stem blowing and alkali boil out of MS, CRH, HRH, LP BYPASS AND HP BYPASS line .

Hydro test of condensate line, cccwp line, hp, and lp heaters, flash tank (hp & lp).

Plant Capacity- 4X150 MW Thermal power plant (IPP). (3X150 MW running parallel to grid & 1X150 MW under final stage of commissioning).

Boiler Type - Super high pressure with intermediate reheat, single Drum Natural circulation, Circulated fluidized bed combustion (CFBC).

Steam Generation Capacity (MCR): 487 TPH each.

Working press & temp - 137 Kg/cm2&540+5 oc.

Turbine Type- Subcritical, super high pressure,single re-heat, double flow condensing.

Generator - Shandong Jinan Power Equipments(Manufactured in China)

UnitControls:

The operation platform of Three running units is based on DCS control system. Make – SUPCON. The power plant exports its power to PGCIL and a part of power is exported to Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board.And I have also worked in Honeywell, yokogawa & Supcon dcs controls.

Job Responsibility ABCIL RENUKUT UP :

Maintaining Boiler & Turbine Parameter in Running Condition.

Achievement :

Major Training- I have undergone 45 days Industrial training from Heg ltd bhopal. Major Project- Prepare the model of SOLAR FOOD DRYER USING NATURAL DRAUGHT SYSTEM.

Minor Project- Prepare the working model of RAW MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM .
