•Poly Flow Engineering/ Air Products and Chemicals- Chemical Delivery Systems. Recent responsibilities incorporated the Research and Development of Intel's future processor development from 12nm to 9nm technologies in the planarization sector. Also incorporating the training and certification of all associated personnel as well as documenting and driving all new accepted process development across all virtual factory sites, Oregon, Israel, Arizona, and Ireland. I installed approx. 15 tool sets approximating at a minimum of 15 million for Air Products and Chemicals. In addition, I submitted a patent for a flow controller simulator that I designed and built a prototype that I designed and built and implemented for field use. It minimized a troubleshooting tool that took a 4 hour labor cost, to a 5 minute troubleshooting tool through the HMI and PLC system. In addition it eliminated the Intel safety issue of breaking the 208V 3 phase plane, enabling Intel Process Engineering that time frame for continuous process flow. Experience with Auto-Cad, Revit, Solid Works and other 3D design associated software programs.

•Nikon Precision Inc.- Installation of Nikon latest Laser exposure equipment for Intel at their AZ and NM sites. This would be for the Photolithography sector. Total installed was 13@ $64,000.000.00 per tool.

•Unaxis USA Inc. Successfully troubleshooted a prototype photovoltaic tool for Emcore for R&D development issues that allowed Orlikon to aquisition Unaxis for future advancement.

•Intel Corp. Succesfully integrated the 1262 process, Pentium IV from OR to NM for High Volume manufacturing process. Held multiple positions from, Equipment technician, operations, process, chemical delivery, defect-metrology, and was a lead trainer for 4 shifts for the process transfer of 120 technicians. Lead trainer for EEW ( Energized Electrical Work ). Diffusion, Wet and Dry etch, Defect metrology, Lithography front and back end experience. 6 to 12 inch technology transitions with training to all significant technicians.

In conjunction with BHI Energy Power Services, my position consists of the incorporation of my past 30+ years of experience in the electrical, electronic, High Technology, alternative energy resource and project management experience and education and administer this to a population of approx. 150 computer design technicians in order to address Florida Power and Light's Distribution Infrastructure to a Hardening standard of hurricane forceses of winds up to 145 miles/hr. via design software simulation programs and implement these designs to FPL for field implementation and construction. I.E. DM-Desisgn Manager, Pole Foreman-3D Imaging, GIS, Google Maps, Pole Boring for Concrete Pole installations, WM-Work Manager for inventory/construction accounting purposes.
