This included the “Global Managed Platform 2” which was operational in 56 countries. Implemented computer aided network design tools, which resulted in a $19M line cost reduction.

Established a new group to analyze all network and service requirements in foreign countries, with the task of designing a new network initiative to provide secure global managed transmission infrastructure for all non-correspondent services.
