Director of Network Evolution

Responsible for all data network planning, including network design, logical layer security, integration and evolution for Concert’s various networks. This included the “Global Managed Platform 2” which was operational in 56 countries. Implemented computer aided network design tools, which resulted in a $19M line cost reduction.

Manager of Global Access Planning & Strategic Advisor to the Global Managed Platform

Established a new group to analyze all network and service requirements in foreign countries, with the task of designing a new network initiative to provide secure global managed transmission infrastructure for all non-correspondent services.

Managed all engineering and planning activities for the global core network. Including budgeting, vendor evaluation, design, topology, forecasting, implementation and technical support.
