Work Experience:

Presently working as Project Manager in Targeted Intervention Project on Injecting Drug Users in Adampur (District Jalandhar) from 7th July 2012.

oRoles & Responsibilities:The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project team, design and implementation of Targeted interventions for HIV / AIDS prevention among the specified target group within the given geographical area and responsible for the overall service delivery for the community as per the performance indicators.

Worked as Outreach Worker in Targeted Intervention Project on Injecting Drug Users in District Hoshiarpur implemented by Himalayan Foundation funded by Punjab State AIDS Control Society Chandigarh from 15 June 2010 to 6 July 2012

oRoles & Responsibilities: To manage the field level activities, clinical operations, adequate reporting to the Project Manager and continuous monitoring of the functioning of the peers & others through MIS
