Responsible for detailing structural steel design drawings using AutoCAD 2015 and Solidworks 2015.

Responsible for coordinating with project managers and shop welders/fabricators to ensure maximum throughput from all active projects.

Designed projects are measured from existing field conditions.

After approval of designs, projects are fabricated using structural steel materials of steel hollow tubing, steel channels, steel "L" angles, steel plates, and steel bent plates.

During fabrication, structural steel materials are either welded or joined by threaded bolts and nuts.

Typical structural steel projects include balconies, steel stairs, handrails/guardrails, steel ramps, store fronts, steel sliding doors, steel gates, steel fences, ladders, and sheet metal projects.

Construction/Shop drawing sets are detailed from AutoCAD.

All drawings are to meet customer's specifications and requirements.

All supporting documents used in the creation of drawing are saved in same PPN folder of network drive.

All Released drawings are copied to network drive to be linked to paradox's database.
