Paint material application and process analysis and improvement activity development.

Root cause analysis & development of countermeasures for paint material problems

Work and set the direction with paint suppliers on: usage optimization, paint performance and quality issue

Work in a safe manner and maintain 5S

Investigation & Problem Solving techniques

Develop and improve all paint processes including defect reduction, cycle time, management, material usage and process control

Determine flow, fan, viscosity, temp, pressure and atomization settings

Conduct trials to develop process parameters and meet customer specifications and orders

Define requirements with jig and paint suppliers
