Worked as a assistant scanner tech with Applus RTD Netherlands, setting of band and fixing the scanner to the weld joint and preparing for different joints and assisting to their calibrations.

For the clients of TOTAL CLOV deep water surf project in Angola for ‘J’ Lay 56 flets and numerous suction pipes and structures on 1100m – 1400m water depth 6 lines of 10”,14” 5 lines of 12”, 16” and water injection line 59 km 10”, 12”

And also worked as WINCH OPERATOR for Pemex project in mexico that is S.Lay 30”, 36” dia. A complicated job operating winch for the internal clamp to give the welding joint which is the main role for piper laying in production handled successfully in safe manner.

And also done the same operations for the client of BRITISH PETROLEUM in ANGOLA GAS Export line that is in ‘S’ lay 12” 56.13 km.

And also worked in Norway for the client and Total Gas Export line that is in ‘S’ lay 24” 70 km and also involved in rigging to transfer the heavy pipe head rov equipment.

And also worked in GULF OF MEXICO, USA for the client of ANADORK PETROLEUM CORPORATION,

RESPONSIBILITIES Jobs in beadstall and transferring the pipe through the elevator to the ‘J’ lay tower for the production on time. 8” & 16” operating by remote and with good radio communications.

Worked at WEST AFRICAN VENTURES for the client of EXXON MOBILE ERHA NORTH Phase II same operations carried out . A challenging project at the water depth 1000-1200mtrs, 100km off shore installation of 10 inch water injection line (multiple crossing) 12” x 8628m production line + sleepers hence the project was completed successfully.

RESPONSIBILTY

Worked as Rigger in West Africa Congo and Angola Modification of platform and hook up project of CHEVRON. And also assisting divers and their heavy equipments lifting connecting hydraulic hoses as their requirement. Complicated jobs like fixing buoyancy to anchor line and disconnecting by manually and lifting of pipes 18” 28” and 36” from cargo barge and to production line.

a.The MPN Satellite field Developments project consists of the installation of New Well head platform’s (ABANG OYOT and ITUT) and the Installation of three shallow water pipe line which pipeline will link to new well head platform to the host platforms (USARI and UBIT) and installing mattresses to Sea Bed.

b.And changing of their Raiser Guard, the Platform and pipelines are located offshore in the South Eastern Coastal water of Nigeria in OML – 67 and 70 of the Joint Venture Between Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC) (MPN) and Mobile Producing Nigeria Unlimited.

Again back in Nigeria for ‘S’ Lay pipe line 36”dia for project of SHELL off loading of pipes from supply vessels and their heavy equipment also involved in Beach pulling Two line 36” dia pipe from Barge SEA WAY ORION to on shore, Complicated job successfully completed.

Worked in WEST AFRICA CONGO and ANGOLA Project of CHEVRON TEXAVO erection of mega structure models on production platforms in shut down process and also under gone rigging test in poinoire in CONGO organised by CHEVRON TESACO.
