Arabic Instructor, Washington, D.C. (2012): Independent contractor for several language contract services companies to tutor Military officers in Arabic language and culture via an online training platform. Trained students in Egyptian dialect and Modern Standard Arabic to familiarize them with cultural, religious and social contexts.

Linguist/Cultural Advisor, Global Linguist Solutions (GLS), Iraq, (2008 – 2009): Interpreted and advised U.S. Special Operations Forces in Tikrit, Balad, Baaquba in formal and informal interactions with Iraqi officials and local leaders, including investigations, combat, and trainings.

Arabic Language Instructor, Washington, D.C. (2007): At two separate language institutes, taught Arabic to U.S. military officers, journalists, and graduate students.
