Contracted to Jacobs DCSA, working at Sadara Project (Saudi Aramco Dow Arabia) Al-Jubail, KSA

Administered the permitting coordination of all high risk work for the Chlorine and Brine processing facilities and all related interfaces during construction and pre commissioning project phases. Designated high risk work included steel structure and piping erection, welding and grinding, confined space, hot work, electrical testing, pneumatic/hydrostatic testing, excavation, piping interface (flushing/blowing/inerting/preservation).
