“Lead Quality Control Inspector / Production Lead”

– QC / Production Department

Responsible for leading production group initiatives that support the main pillars of the RTI Production System.

Team player and always step in to support team members on the task or assignment when they are behind on a high load of work. Also work in place of an absent employee, especially on material movements across the production shop.

QC Inspection, experience in Mechanical Measuring Instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometers, calipers, tape measures, dial-indicator gages, gage blocks, thread gages, feeler gages, radius gages, and other inspection tools to measure sizes.

Read inspection blue prints, drawings and diagrams. Experience in GD&T (Geometric Tolerance Symbols).

Participated in Quality Control and Manufacturing Activities that focused on the confirmation of RTI Production System understanding and on-the-job practical application.

Conduct Team Member training activities to improve performance through the use of QC and Production Tools (Check Sheets, Graphs, Charts, Cause/Effect Charts, Control Charts) to identify, record, analyze, track, and report issues and opportunities for Kaizen.

“Machine Operator Lead” - Coil Department

Operated a Punch Press machine to make coils for Air Condition Units.

Prepared the machine for each production task. This include entering information such as sizes, shapes or cutting information into computer-controlled machines, or adjusting machine settings such as speed.

Performed tests to ensure the machine is set properly, and then operate the machine for normal production. This can include putting each part or piece into the machine, unless the production line is fully automated.

While the machine is operating, I monitor the equipment to ensure proper function throughout the production process. I also randomly test or measure products or parts to ensure that they meet specifications. After production is completed, I clean or recalibrate machines. Also create production reports for the machines I operate.

A member of the safety team and a first response team member.

Lead and trained new employees on how to operate the machines and work safe.

I substituted as an assembly worker to support the assembly line in the absent of an assembly employee. I work in a high fast pace assembly line to assemble air condition unit.
