I am a recruiter and trainer for some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the country. I have used different sources to obtain the people we need for the certain careers. I ran ads on LinkedIn, Craigslist and local newspapers. Examples are the Dallas Morning News and the Star Telegram. Wrote ads for the paper and Craigslist spots and script that was used in the office when new people called in I have excelled in interviewing, hiring and training the people to fit the company needs. Maintained a 90% success rate through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and the training process. Also provided continuous training and education for the agents and telemarketing.
