Responsible for IBM Solution Gateway testing includes test effort estimation, requirements and customization for configuration file, test plan, test design, test execution, test report, defect analysis, test process improvement, and communication with overall team (GBSC Star Award).

Successfully released ISG3.0, ISG3.3, ISG4.0, ISG4.1, ISG4.2 for overall team on basic of high software quality, perfect testing deliverable and very high praise which make China team to take the whole ISG includes UI and Services. (China team is responsible for the UI part at the beginning. After the high quality and perfect feedback, Services part are all transferred to China team)

Exceed expectation for drafting the test deliverable templates, which more reduce the effort for the testing documents and test process (approx. 50% effort saved from the documents and process).

Discovered 90% defects in SVT phases and designed 328 high quality test cases.

Successfully set up the web and mobile’s automatic test framework. Implemented 28 functional automatic test cases for the regression testing and received the excellent feedback.

5 critical defects were found during concurrent users’ performance test environment. The root cause came from the stable web services.

Exceed expectation for releasing three mobile Apps in 7 days for overall team on basic of high quality, testing deliverable and very good feedback which make China team to be winner for gaining the vote for Cost Recovery.

Successfully released twelve mobile Apps on basic of high software quality, perfect testing deliverable and almost no return big defects which include Front-end and Back-end.

Successfully accomplished 36 web services’ automatic test scripts and 8 integration functional automatic test scripts on mobile.

Responsible for ASAP, PAOML, ICE, RSIP test review and part of detailed testing (Manager’s Choice Award).

Exceed expectation and work with the develop team to assure the asset quality. To design the test strategy, test scope and test cases, 55 new critical issues were discovered successfully.

Significantly improved performance potency dimension, including error rate, response time, throughput, concurrent user number and concurrent processing of data packets.

Responsible for the complete process of testing and partial development of NFC support, conversation improvement etc.

Exceed expectation and delivery for the set up and the development of NFC handover protocol and protocol packing/unpacking utitlities using Java/Eclipse (ADT) in Sony. As a key member of the NFC pioneer team of 4, our NFC technology we managed to develop NFC application not limited to Sony mobile phones but other key players including Nokia, Google.

Significantly improved coverity by 47pts from 35% to 82% (benchmark at 80%) when developing Automation test script, API test script and unit test script for NFC handover using JUnit and Android Instrumentation.

Developed HSSS duration test script for messaging, which was accepted by AT&T. It fulfilled all of their requirements and got high praise so that we were awarded 1500 RMB by AT&T.

Discovered, identified and resolved a large number of critical issues. In some cases, I drove communication with key decision makers across departments globally for serious problem solving timely.

Successfully conducted and executed testing process in software development life cycle for new feature includes Design, Development, Implementation and Integration of the QA process. These features include: handover porting, Gif animation, multi-Conversation, Goldie alarm and Cleanup organizer.

Developed GIF Animation for messaging, which was accepted by client China Unicom. Without the development, our products were not allowed released for China Unicom market. It fulfilled their requirement successfully so that we were awarded 1800 RMB by China Unicom.

Designed and developed the website using JSP and DB2. Implement the tax business workflow. 3 regions of Shandong province customized the application.

Tariff of the Local Net Project

Developed the queries and report forms in 17 regions of Shandong using Power Builder, Oracle. And responsible for migrating the database from Oracle to Sybase.

Shandong Province Balance System among Regions Project

Develop stored procedures and administrate database. Implement the balance of fare among regions and optimize the database using Delphi and Oracle.
