I have a proven leadership role in the success of long-term care/rehab, assisted living, memory care communities by designing and implementing best practice standards as they relate to state and federal regulations, quality indicators, educating staff and physicians in the changes needed and required as mandated by the state/federal government. I am Certified as an Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National/International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and Certified Dementia Care Trainers.

Develop and implement programs, initiatives, and improvement strategies to ensure consistency and compliance with laws, regulations, accrediting bodies and government requirements
