Installed submarine SONAR system hardware and software upgrades. Performed trouble calls around the world on submarines.
Held the position of Lead Engineer for IBM in the field at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard where I coordinated submarine overhaul SONAR system installation, upgrades, testing and went to sea for sea trials testing of the SONAR system. During this period I managed/supervised up to 5 IBM personnel. Managed up to 10 submarines at one time at different phases of overhaul.

Developed into leading SONAR Petty Officer and SONAR Technician on-board. Managed up to 13 personnel. Developed a continuing training plan for my SONAR personnel and assigned schools for them as required to train them on all the ship's SONAR systems.
