Nominated for recognition in the Stellar Performer program for Q4 2014 and for Q1 2015. o Legally Trained Financial Claims Reviewer IV, 2014 Promoted to supervise and serve as a source of guidance for a four person group of BEL project claims reviewers, and provided assistance with the BEL project processes for all claims reviewers working on that project in the New Orleans office. Attended supervisor meetings concerning updates to the BEL project processes and presented those updates to supervised claims reviewers on a weekly basis.

Operated as part the Reconsideration team that re-reviewed Claims that previously received a final determination in order to either confirm or overturn the previously determination. o Legally Trained Financial Claims Reviewer III, 2012-2014 Hired to utilize financial models and to perform detailed analysis on various financial and non- financial records, including Profit and Loss statements and contracts, in order to determine whether BEL claims were entitled to compensation under BEL Project guidelines. Operated as part of the Quality Assurance team that reviewed Claims that were previously reviewed by other reviewers in order to ensure that Claims were processed accurately.

Awarded the 2013 Certificate of Best Practices for providing suggestions to update the claims review system that were implemented.

Compiled a database containing the contact information for businesses involved with international trade for the purpose of performing outreach in order to gage interest of involvement with the WTC.
