Operations Cost Control: Reviewed, analyzed, organized, audited, scanned, and archived expense documentation for 350 company employees who were providing a variety of services to support 5,000 U.S. Army personnel during the Operation Enduring Freedom campaign. Employees provided services in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, laundry, food service, pest control, fitness center, and maintenance/repairs. Identified and resolved sorting discrepancies to ensure accurate billing of services by various departments.

Contract Compliance: Continually monitored and tracked documents to ensure timely and accurate processing required to validate cost of services for the corporate office prior to billing. Prepared a CD of scanned documents and receipts. Compiled and packaged paper documents and the designated CD together. Supervised a secure storage facility to maintain confidentiality and physical integrity of documents. Forwarded documentation to the corporate office to ensure contract compliance.

Work Orders: Received and reviewed Work Orders for repairs and services to be performed and delivered on the base. Set up and maintained a tracking/verification system to ensure Work Orders were completed in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinated Work Orders to repair damaged facilities following mortar attacks.
