Responsible as a voice engineer: design, plan, implementation, engineering, reporting, documentation of the scope of projects. Cisco Unified Communication System (UCS) new implementation, migration, upgrading legacy Voice system to Cisco Collaboration version 10 environments on UCS C220, 210 and Call Control application such as Callmanger, CME, BE6000 and UC500. Integration with external application such as Microsoft exchange server with Cisco Unity Connection. Oracle database server with Contact Center Express to maintain the script application for Cisco Agent functionality. Deploying Cisco IM and Presence service with CUCM, the capable of using video conference and instant messaging system for Jabber Clients.

Configuring the voice gateway on Cisco 2800, 2900 series routers using MGCP, SIP, H323, SCCP and SRST protocol. Setup QoS and policy on the voice router and PoE switches for voice and video qualities with IP phone 7960 series, 9971s and Jabber Clients. Creating and administrating call routing, route pattern, translations, mobility, etc on Communication manager version 9 and 10 environment for enterprise requirements.

Implementation and configuration Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express (CUCME) for small business customers and Cisco Unity Express (CUE) integration on voice router for voicemail function. Troubleshooting and resolving all related IP Telephony, Voice Gateways and TCP/UDP, voice applications issues for multi system business units. Collaborated the team members for group projects and handling individual projects.

Network Engineer (Data/Voice) April 2006 – November 2014

Centralized call routing and control system, voice messaging, mobility services and Call recording with port mirroring and Cisco Forked Audio through network line and VPN connection. Re-engineering with new BGP network design in the enterprise cloud network and DNS failover. Secured SSL-VPN connection with RSA two factors authentication solution for remote users. Integrated Fax over IP to the existing Unified Communication cluster. Coordinate internal and external the team to determine the scope and objectives of proposed project. Provide accurate information to the company and third-party vendor’s requirement.

Implementation the new systems and the ongoing administration of the financial institute enterprise data/voice network. Upgrading IOS software on Cisco Voice Gateways on Cisco 2800/2900 series routers, and call routing and dial plan on Communication manager cluster. Managing VLANs on Catalyst switches 6500s, and PoE switches,

Upgrading Unified Communications Collaboration environment 9.1 in the clusters such as CUCMs, CCXs, CUC and IMP. Modifying call flows as business needed. Creating, redesign and modifying CSQ scripts for IVR to perform efficiently for member’s satisfaction and business unit objectives within the organization. Setup Dialup automatic banking system and Audio log server and tracking voice records.

Analyzing voice traffic, monitoring log and trace through RTMT, report generating through CAR and maintaining IP-WAN, DID and PSTN.

Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, T1-PRI, FXO, and all TCP/IP, UDP related issues in the enterprise network. Implemented disaster recovery system for data and voice network in the enterprise network.

Successfully implemented Fax over IP to the existing UC system from Broadless SR-140 software fax channels in the RightFax server (OpenText).

Sustaining network security by configuring NAT, ACL accessing on ASA5520 and 5525X series for ensure information is properly protected within corporate network infrastructure.
