Credit Control:-
- Call debt customers (based in Australia) which have not settled the payments for their orders in regards with our company's packaging.
- Negotiate with the customers who are not in favour in arranging their debts and pursue them till they agree and confirm on the payment.
- Basically for avoiding debtors and to negotiate on the debts payment.
- Assign bad debt accounts to 3rd party agency and manage the agency on the collection by weekly basis.
- Take down credit card details for payment & send to customer service for processing.
Accounts Receivable: -
- Send manual generated statements and invoices to each customer.
- Raise Credit Note (Credit Return)
- Abstract SQL report. Apply code "N" (No Supply) for customer's which have not paid
- Send reminder letter, LOR, LOD to each customer which are avoiding.
- Send Legal action and then pass to the legal site to handle the respective case.
- Prepare SOA reports,
- Target File reports, Analyst reports, Cash Flow & Filling
- Journal Entry
- IR ( CUSTOMER INCIDENT REPORT )
- Inter Company Reconciliation
- Processing for Refund
- Credit Application with searches and trade reference
- Review increase credit limit
