Job Description At Genpact:
Calling customers in the US that use GE Money card and politely remind them of their payments while addressing their questions about their account balance, statements, amount due etc.
Collect payments by phone and update the customer’s account accordingly.
Also help the customer understand their account statuses.
Generate tickets for issues that cannot be resolved by phone.
Maintained call logs.
