IT Director, Town of Sanford, Sanford, ME (September 1997-October 1999)

Defined and lead IT related tasks for a municipality of over 20,000 including financial system, 911 dispatch systems and tax and assessment systems.

Developed an economic development plan that created a “private-public” partnership to bring new technology and commerce into the Town.

Implemented new technology into the town to streamline processes, increase response time and create better information sharing between departments.

Migrated 100 users from windows 3.1 to Windows 95 and upgraded network infrastructure to increase availability and usability.
