Managed a team that deployed new technology as part of the Microsoft Early Adopted Program. Was recognized by Microsoft for the largest early deployment of Windows XP. Also participated in Windows Server 2003 early adoption

Defined and lead IT related tasks for a municipality of over 20,000 including financial system, 911 dispatch systems and tax and assessment systems.

Developed an economic development plan that created a “private-public” partnership to bring new technology and commerce into the Town.

Implemented new technology into the town to streamline processes, increase response time and create better information sharing between departments.

Responsible for all budgeting, strategic planning, and day to day management and procurement process for IT.

Worked collaboratively with other departments both internal to the town as well as external such as Sanford school department, York County Dispatch, or the University of Southern Maine, to ensure that residents received the best possible services.
