The WHCS provides Canada wide services for occupational health, disability management and wellness services.

Accomplishments:

Technical System Documentation Project

Successfully managed project activities and deliverables. Performed detailed software analysis with business and IT to derive redundant areas of unused software code. Reviewed 800+ programs and 157 database components and derived a detailed documentation of the system. Created program documentation templates, developed documentation database using IT and business teams, configured database documentation tool and prepared manuals. Application Risk Analysis Project

Performed detailed risk and gap analysis of the core application (OHGMed) based on current and future business operations. Prepared AS-IS and TO-BE analysis. Total of 650+ ATMs and 7000+ POS devices were migrated on EuroNet ITM 4.1 (PCI DSS compliant controller).

CMS (Card Management System) Outsource Project

Successfully outsourced bank’s CMS to Euronet CMS managed services. Overall 3.5 million VISA, Debit and Mater Cards were migrated from a banks legacy CMS to Euronet ITM 4.1 CMS. Managed data mapping conversion and migration process with SIT and UAT.

Oracle (HRMS and GL)

Anti money Laundering (AML) and KYC project

Led project for implementation of Haydrian XM3 AML solution and KYC module. The project was a regulatory requirement. The ETL process was integrated with core banking system to meet requirement of AML and SWIFT on-line filtering modules.

12 Years Historical Data conversion from COBOL to Oracle Database

Achieved implementation of banks 20 years of financial information contained on archives into an active Oracle database. The project delivery entailed the bank to access valuable financial and demographic history information as on-line facility at branches.
