I retired after 27 years at a 10 unit coal fired electrical generating plant T.V.A in 2013 as a shift supervisor. I am very good at motivating employees, great organizational skills, highly qualified, safety oriented, well trained. Since retiring I miss the fast pace and working environment of the powerhouse. I miss the challenges of the job and am anxious to return to the people and challenges one faces in a powerhouse. I am also an effective trainer and led 4 of my direct reports eligible for upgrade to successful completion of Unit Operator training, each passing exams required on their first attempt. I am willing to relocate as required. I would also be interested in any Instructor positions you may have as I enjoy teaching. I also coached many years at McCracken County Schools in Paducah Ky.
I would like to add as a reference my supervisor at T.V.A. You may contact anytime.
