Maintenance Supervisor – Responsible for all maintenance functions in a high speed food processing (bottling) plant running round the clock shifts. Responsibilities include production and facility maintenance, scheduling, maintenance budget, development of new practices and procedures, coordination of maintenance and production activities, hiring of personnel, coordination and use of contractors, development and training of technicians.

Maintenance Supervisor – Responsible for night shift maintenance crew in an
Aluminum Extrusion Environment. Duties include shift supervision for all electrical
and process control troubleshooting and repairs.

Operations Manager - After being hired as an analyst in September 2003 I was
promoted to Operations Manager in February of 2004. Responsibilities included
direction of service personnel and service management for a service network covering
the east coast from Maine to North Carolina. Responsible for all aspects of the business
to include direction of the service management team, scheduling of personnel,
resolution of customer issues, billing disputes, P & L for branch, coordination of large
projects, fleet management and all other necessary functions.

Maintenance Supervisor- Responsible for all maintenance of a 165ton Electric Arc
Furnace, Refining Furnace and all related systems to include A.C. & D.C cranes, D.C.
locomotives, Switch gears of all types, various material handling systems. Proficient
with test, troubleshooting and repair of systems handling voltages from 120VAC---
13200VAC and 250VDC crane control. Responsible for environmental compliance in
the melt shop area related to DEP standard 14001 and compliance to OSHA
regulations related to the melt shop area on all equipment. Accomplishments include
numerous upgrades to various systems and D.C. cranes. Familiar with various
microprocessor based systems. Computer literate.
6/89-7/92 Club Chef East Inc. (Ready-Pac) Maintenance Supervisor
Directly responsible for all maintenance functions in a food processing
environment. Responsibilities include--Hiring, scheduling, and training of all
maintenance personnel, complete re-structure of maintenance department.
Distribution of maintenance budget to contractors, vendors, etc.. Design changes to
improve production, reduce down-time and improve efficiency. Responsible for plant
safety programs, training on all plant equipment and machinery, plus purchasing and
implementation of new equipment. Club Chef posted an increase in volume and
production of 158% between 1989& 1990
5/87-6/89 Lignotock Corp. Maintenance Technician (shift leader)
Directly responsible for all plant maintenance functions to include scheduling of man
power, plant start-up, shut-down, and all other revisions, changes, and improvements
of plant facilities and property. Directly responsible for operation and upkeep of all
control systems to include HVAC, telephone, alarms, control systems, microprocessor
based units. Responsible for forklift safety and all other plant safety programs.
8/85-5/87 Amoco Container Company Maintenance Craftsman/ Tech.
Responsible for all night shift maintenance functions. Experienced in all phases of
plant maintenance which includes electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, R & D,
etc. Experienced in operation and repair of injection presses, conveyor systems,
packaging systems, compressors, pumps and motors. Functional in the operation of
power tools, lathes, drill presses etc.. Functional in operation and repair of various
plant systems, HVAC, monitoring systems, etc..
1981-1985 Superior Scales & Instrument Company. Service Manager/ Senior
Electronic Technician. Responsible for all maintenance and repair of company
systems, training of incoming technicians. Duties require proficiency in analog and
digital circuitry plus the ability to read schematics and blue prints, troubleshoot
microprocessors and electronic circuits to the component level, operate digital
multimeters, scopes, and other electronic equipment associated with test,
troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of electronic equipment.
1977-1981 U.S.ARMY--27B2T Land Combat Support Systems Test
Specialist. Missile guidance system repair, trainer at U.S. Army Missile Munitions
Center and School. Secondary MOS 11B2T Drill Sergeant .
