Key projects & responsibilities:

Manage Corporate Compliance Initiatives & Enhancements for the company. Work with the IT group on all compliance system project work including WCS, PACD, HCP Portal applications, SharePoint, Visio & MS Project. Managing integration efforts related to current corporate merger between Wright Medical and Tornier.

Coordinate with IT and business resources and related to compliance needs, requirements and projects. Manage projects from inception to project close out including budgets and vendor management. Providing leadership and helping establish a PMO (Project Management Office).

Supported World Vision non-profit corporate facilities projects in Federal Way, WA as an Owners Rep including 10 regional sites around the country. Complete facilities, IT infrastructure project and vendor management from inception to closeout. Managed the design, project development and contract management of in-house and by contract design services and construction contractors. Developed scope documents and managed budgets from start to finish.

Designed and built a new corporate campus lunch room and cafeteria from inception to closeout. Worked with maintenance and engineering teams every step of the process including handoff. Key projects & responsibilities:

As an Owners Rep I managed biotech projects and real estate from inception to budgeting, estimating, contracts, design, execution, issue resolution, scope creep, completion, testing, user acceptance and close out. Disaster recovery, IT infrastructure and brick & mortar construction from ground up to move in. Was responsible for overseeing the design, construction, renovation and remodeling of buildings and facilities under the capital budget set by leadership each year. Developed overall program, specifications, drawings, estimates and cost analysis, conceptual designs, bidding packages, AFEs for projects. Supervised a team of 10+ for the completion of assigned projects in a timely, on-budget, and safe manner which improves the reliability and safety of Accredo bio-tech pharmaceuticals facilities and resources.

Worked remote full time. Responsibilities included turnkey project management for new healthcare facilities, labs, wholesale space, warehouse, fulfillment & distribution centers, call centers, pharmacies, USP-797 clean/ante rooms and class A office space around the US.
