Involved from the beginning to the end of the flowback process, and managed relationships with a wide range of groups. Responsible for communicating between the drilling, completions, drillouts, and production groups ensuring seamless handoffs.

Oversaw the work of consultants during the flowback process.

Monitored bradenhead pressures from when drilling moved off location to when flow testers left location.

Worked with Completions and Rig field superintendants/leaders on pad configuration, hook- ups to flare, etc.

Responsible for balancing the work equally between production flowback companies while strategically placing them geographically to maximize cost efficiencies.

Managed flowback budget, approved flowback invoices, monitored daily flowback reports, managed inventory and movement of sand traps while communicating with completions and production groups.

Installed plunger lift lubricators when installing sand traps.

Communicated with first sales to gas control/Midstream representative.

Review and coordinate daily JSA’s with crews on flowback locations.
