Execution of Part trial and Welding trial along with Customers for New Projects

Working on SAP Software( Stock Overview, Production Order, Production Confirmation, Goods Movement, BOM Display, PR Request,SD module etc,.)

Working on VAVE Activities ( Converting end bits into process strips for other parts)

Making Inspection Reports and Appearance Reports for new parts

Making Checking Fixture Report ( Gap, Flush & Offset)

TPM implementation and preparation of documents.

TPM circle Leader for 160T,160T,200T,110 Ton light Presses

Implementation of JH Activities, Abnormality Tagging of Equipment and Training operators on JISHU HOZEN.

Maintaining 1S,2S & SAFETY in companywide.

Implementing Loss & Cost reduction KAIZENS for Process & Quality Improvement.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Successfully implement New Business of Royal Enfield- Side Tube Project.

Successfully implement Bridgestone India automotive sheet metal parts & welding parts with costing.

Successfully completed CCB welding assembly for AL-Nissan.
