WORK DE S C R I P T I ON

- As Payroll Payment Analyst in IBM Business Services, I make sure that payments other than compensation to employees are made on time.

- As Site Finance Specialist in SPi Global, I work with financial transactions and related documentation pertaining to my assigned Site within the organization. I perform Goods Receipt, Liquidation of Cash Advances, Analysis of Expenses and all other task that my direct superior would assign to me.

- As a SOX 404 Compliance Specialist in Digitel Mobile Phillipines Inc., I assist in defining control objectives and monitoring compliance efforts. I review test findings, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to the senior management of the company. I am responsible for working with different business owners on implementation, execution and compliance with entity level controls relative to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

- As Tax/Treasury Finance Officer for Radius Telecoms, Inc., I report to the Chief Finance Officer. As Treasury Officer, I am responsible for maintaining cash controls, maintaining cash and savings account, placing of cash investments, monitoring FOREX rates, transacting dollar sales, maintaining working relationships with banks and other task that may be assigned to me. As Tax Officer, I am responsible for determining organizational liabilities to tax authorities and that said liabilities are met ensuring strict compliance. I direct and coordinate the work of my staff accountant who prepares the tax schedules and returns for the company. I work and communicate with BIR to resolve tax issues and tax deficiencies.
