Provide Trainings with management to Village Water, Health & Sanitation Committee (VWH&SC) members of each gram panchayat in Kumbhalgarh block. Committee was formed by Gram Panchayat at Panchayat level ordered by Water Resource Department of Rajasthan under EU-SPP programme. Planning and arrangements of training. Mobilize and strengthening process of committee members through provide Training related to Water conservation, Roof top water harvesting, water user groups, Sanitation, Hygiene, Health topic, by PRA, Rally, Small group discussion and different activities.

Discuss with community on their problems and know their need, demands, conditions, role responsibilities, contributions and other important discussion within the villages of Panchayat. Collect Primary and Secondary data of that panchayat and make a prescribed computerized proposal for each gram panchayat after calculation, budgeting and analysis, Organize a special Gram Sabha meeting at Panchayat for Proposal sanction process. Sanctioned proposal submit to District water resource department for forward to state sanction process. Monitoring of committee members role, responsibilities and contributions. Liasioning with Government officers for related project.

Deputed in Pannalal Agrawal Charitable Trust (Sikar) for organize health camps, eye camp in field areas and documentation work for office and mentally disabled children school for one month period.

Deputed in Project Follow up Unit of Aapni Yojna Indira Gandhi water canal project at Sardarsahar (Churu). Total 5 NGOs consortium member worked in this project. My duty was Mobilize to community and formation of a committee at village level for good and proper water distribution and utilization by water user groups, Not create illegal water connection, No wastage of water, Make the responsibilities, rule and regulations, solve disputes, Attend Monthly meeting of committee members.

Appointed in field project area office Sadulpur (Churu). Worked in Aapno Swasthya Apne Hath project as a sector co-ordinator funded by Save the children.

Worked in REACH project of Sadulpur block. My duty was collect and analysis data about maternal and child health from ICDS and Aanganwadi (was under organization) and attend sector meetings of Aanganwadi workers. Discuss about maternal and child health issues in meetings and collect format of data.

Worked in Microfinance SHG project of organization. Formations of new SHG groups, Attend monthly meetings and mobilize them for water and money savings and construct a water tank in their house for save the roof top water. Construction material given by organization and labour contribution given by beneficiaries.

Appointed in Village Health & Sanitation Committee (VH&SC) member training programme as a District Trainer of Sikar under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). Committee was formed by health department Rajasthan at village level.
