PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
GA Certified Elementary School Teacher (K-5)
I was hired as a full-time teacher following a student teacher practicum, instructing all
academic subject areas to classrooms of up to 26 kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade
students. The first three years I taught school, 2nd and 3rd grade, I was at W.C. Britt
Elementary School in Gwinnett County. In April 2003, I had twins and chose to stay
home with them for about a year. I grew up in Gwinnett most of my life so my husband
and I decided to move to Walton County. I got a job teaching 4th grade in Walton
County at Loganville Elementary School. I was at Loganville Elementary School and
had the pleasure of teaching 3rd, and 4th grade students from 2007-2014.
