Achievement: Multiple streams of data users were using same data with different point of view. After interaction with the end users, the same was understood and an effort was taken up to streamline these activities. Users were brought on to the same platform, explained different scenarios to the end users, understood their requirements and then it was left to the end users to interact with each other and decide the way forward.
