Responsible for Contract Close-outs and ensuring proper documentation. Performed documentation routing, recording, monitoring, and expediting of office checks for supplies and services as required. Interfaced with reproduction department for required reproduction associated with distribution of engineering, supplier, and technical data. Performed each phase of the solicitation process cradle to grave: pre-solicitation, solicitation-award and post-award administration.
