Quiver enables these proxies to perform consistent acess to share objects by migrating the objects and perfom operation on those objects. Reduces the workload of the server. Used for banking applications.

Image compression is an essential need for improving transmission of data. So several techniques has been raised for image compression. here we are stretching the given input image and it was compressed . thus the image get at the was improves the quality of image after compression.
