This was a very big supply chain management project for the starbucks products that are sold on the B2B site for Starbucks. We used Hybris as the E Commerce platform for creating new products, new product category, product sorting, managing product catalogs, and creating pricelists, pricelist to product mapping, managing product promotions and managing payment gateway for payment authorization.

Responsibilities:

Got estimates for analysis, design, development, QA testing, UAT testing and created a project plan using Microsoft project

Created timelines using MS Visio to display key milestones, activities, various phases of the project

Conducted project status meetings with the team members to track progress of the project activities

Reported project status with the project team members as well as stakeholders to highlight project current progress, risks, issues, action items and next steps
