For Recruitment:

Monitors request for manpower and initiate all Recruitment activities.

Keeps abreast of all recruitment activities such as hiring requirements, sourcing

for candidates, processing and deployment until employee is tuned over to their

department.

Posts position requirements and job openings to attract aspiring

applicants.

Administers pre-employment examination to applicants.

Conducts preliminary interview to applicants.

Updates all pertinent records needed for the HR Section with regards to

employee history and hiring for references.

Register all newly hired employees to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and BIR office.

Issues uniform, ID and shoes to new employees.

Monitoring of employees locker assignment.

Coordinates with manpower contractors with regards to hiring of applicants.

For Training:

Supervises all functions, activities and programs for Training.

Conducts orientation and training to new employees.

Ensures that all Training Programs are implemented accordingly.

Coordinates with all Departments with regards to information updating.

Prepares Training Program, scouts for training consultants for training subjects

that requires external source basis.

Keep and updates training records of employees.

Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
