Monitors and oversees implementation of the Company Code of Conduct/ Disciplinary Program by the department heads and supervisors; and sees to it that due process and fairness is accorded to each erring employee.

Contributes to the Company’s overall goal of high productivity and efficiency by keeping employees challenged, developed, and well-motivated.

Keeps accurate and updated records of employees’ personnel files, contracts, consultants’ agreements, insurance policies, Vacation Leave and Sick Leave records; and responsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of all documents/ records and Company assets.
