Worked both on-site and off-site for companies throughout North and South Carolina utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create dynamic websites.

On my current assignment, I am working with ColdFusion 9 and 10. I have been using a hybrid MVC framework, mapping the object models I have in my application to my database using ORM.

Utilized ColdFusion to write and validate forms and used jQuery afterward to enhance the server-side.

Reached a high level of proficiency using jQuery. Utilized AJAX with jQuery, when possible, to connect to the database.

Worked on DHD (Digital Health Department) a web based application created with HTML, CSS, ColdFusion and JavaScript.

Fixed bugs and re-wrote JavaScript that was throwing errors

Wrote T-SQL to interact with the database (SQL Server 2006 was being used at the time)

Hired to provide instruction to employees in ColdFusion in order to convert the existing PHP system to ColdFusion. Trained the employees to use ColdFusion code and to convert the existing system into a ColdFusion system keeping in mind the best policies for application performance, code usage and re-usability and user experience.

Supported legacy applications to ensure they continued working during the transition period when they were being replaced with new code and new applications. Smoothly migrated the system from one built on PHP to one built using ColdFusion.
