INTRODUCTION:

I recently graduated with MBA-MIS (GPA: 3.75/4.0). My major is Management Information System and I have worked on SAP ERP (SD, MM, PP, FI, CO) and SAP SCM- Supply Chain Management. I have experience working on its various platforms like SAP Net Weaver Enterprise Portals and SAP Net Weaver Visual Composer, SAP Net weaver Business Intelligence platform, SAP Net weaver Reporting Tools, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports, and SAP Data Modeling with SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).

I intend to be a part of leading organization and want to contribute to its growth and success through my hard work, dedication and confidence. My skills include strategic planning, team building, problem solving, data analysis & management, ERP/SAP, supply chain management, vendor management, and project management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Worked with IHI E&C International Corporation, Houston-TX (Jan 2015 onwards) as an Associate Buyer in Subcontracts and Procurement department of this EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company. Assisted with the close-out of two multi-million dollar projects, Enterprise Products Revamp Project and another BG Lake Charles LNG Tank Inspection Project. Used SMARTPLANT and PENTA software as an integrated IT solution here. My responsibilities included-

Floating RFQ- Request for Quote and receiving quotes from vendors

Placing Purchase Order (PO)- Resolving purchasing problems between department and vendor, and vendor management

Successfully coordinating and assisting Project close- outs from start to end

Coordinating with vendors for open payables and lien waivers

Change Order (CO) Management- Generating internal change orders to de-obligate remaining funds from PO

Coordinating with Accounting for processing pending invoices for the project close out.

Resolving blocked invoices and payment issues

Preparing close out status reports for Procurement Manager

Attending Project close out status meetings with close-out team from Materials, Project Control, Procurement, and Accounting.

Worked with The Heritage School, Gurgaon-India (March 2011-September 2012) as an Educator in SP (Senior Program) and handled the following responsibilities:

Taught Economics to grade IX, X & Social Science to grade VIII. Was given a new course 'Entrepreneurship' for grade XI as a result of my proven results & qualifications, as and when this new course was introduced

As an Educator in SP, some of my work responsibilities and duties included-

-Generating student friendly learning sheets/lesson plans and developing child centric activities & projects.

-Providing one on one mentoring to students, promoting their overall progress and development.

-Handling all the responsibilities as a Co-Class Teacher of grade X

-Preparing course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts as and when needed.

-Communicating and consulting with parents as and when required.

Worked with Frenzy Technologies, Yamuna Nagar- Haryana, India (October 2009- Feb 2011) as a Product Manager. My responsibilities included-

Raising purchasing requisition and placing PO as per the order requirement

Receiving and releasing the equipment to the concerned order

Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on any new developments

Preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory to ensure supply timelines

Weekly tool box meetings to solve sales representative problems

Working with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.

Raising invoice to the client and vendor account management

Monthly status report to the management
