RMR was a start-up corporation for the commercialization of new pyrolytic technology for recovery of petroleum distillates, volatile gases, paraffin wax, activated charcoal and other products as bulk commodities from the recycling of tires, plastics and other organic wastes.

Managed multiple strategic directions of the Corporation, including regulatory compliance, project development, compliance with regulatory requirements and building relationships with local governments, Public Utility Commissions, legislative staffs, industry organizations and nongovernmental agencies.
