Research and development of new, non-SiO high-k materials for Gate Oxide fabrication that are strategically important in the continuous downsizing of the microprocessor.

In charge of the Atomic Layer Deposition equipment used in the process, worked with vendor Field Service Engineers to schedule and execute PM’s, keep equipment functional by minimizing down time due to faults, optimized check up procedures and worked towards technical improvement of machine’s components; trained at vendor’s site in equipment expertise.

Responsible for process stability within <=6-sigma control limits, authored response flow charts for multiple key and control monitors for process recovery in case of out of control events, FMEA role.

Created multiple queries to pull parametric data from several different SQL-based databases, authored various experiments and performed statistical analysis on the data.

Owner of operational and process specifications, made regular contributions for updates and improvements of process and operations.

Group owner of defect related issues and contact person in the relation to defect metrology group, identified new defect modes, proposed theoretical growth model and practical solution for defect elimination.

Group owner for precursor sources and contact person in relationship to vendor.
