MILITARY EXPERIENCE
Enlisted into the U.S Army National Guard on September 25th, 2009 as E-1/Pv1, then promoted to E-3/PFC for recruiting new soldiers and outstanding physical fitness scores.
Fifteen months at recruiting sustainment program.
Left for basic training on January 31st, 2011, basic lasted from February 4th- April 21st, 2011.
Started Advanced Individual Training on April 23, 2011 and finished on July 10th,2011.
Once done with my training, I was sent to my first unit- A Co. 120th ENG BN and was instructed of my soon deployment
Underwent two months of mobilization training for deployment at Camp Gruber in Oklahoma then Ft. Bliss in Texas. During mobilization training I was promoted to E-4/SPC.
Left for deployment on August 21st, 2012 to Kandahar, Afghanistan and was stationed there for three months.
Was sent satetside after sustaining an injury and sent to the Warrior Transition Unit for three months in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma during November of 2012 until February of 2013.
I received orders for voluntary work in Braggs, Oklahoma.
After being released from the Warrior Transition Unit, I was transferred to my current unit- A Co. 700 BSB.
Currently working towards Warrior Leader's Course and Self Structured Development for promotion to E-5/ SGT.
