Lead Test Engineer responsible managing Engineers and Technicians performing assembly and test on high power electronics & other electro-mechanical hardware used on NASA’s International Space Station Program.

Member Technical Staff II (1990 – 1991)

Design team responsible for defining the layout and requirements for new Space Electronics Assembly and Test Facility dedicated to NASA hardware processing. Overall systems included Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Random Vibration, and associated Instrumentation and Control Systems. Facility Systems included 100K Clean Room, Facility Power, HVAC, ESD mitigation, Bridge/Jib Cranes, and finally Safety Systems. During installation, coordinated vendor efforts and collaborated with OEM personnel during installation of new equipment. Once systems were in place, developed the standard work documentation and the numerous process specifications necessary to successfully operate and maintain the new systems.
